• Minimum 6+ years of experience in Java and Python backend development.

• Proven expertise in DevOps processes (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure).

• Experience in mobile application development (React Native, Flutter, iOS, or Android).

• Strong background in microservices architecture and API design.

Job Context: One Direction Companies Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with expertise in Java and Python development, as well as DevOps and Mobile Application Development. This role will lead technical teams in building scalable solutions while integrating DevOps practices and driving mobile application development for iOS and Android platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in backend technologies, DevOps principles and mobile development frameworks.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Backend Development (Java & Python):

• Lead the design and development of backend systems using Java and Python technologies.

• Develop and maintain microservices-based architectures using frameworks like Spring Boot (Java) and Django/Flask (Python).

• Design RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with frontend and mobile applications.

2. DevOps Integration:

• Lead the implementation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Docker.

• Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to ensure high availability, scalability, and security.

• Oversee containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.

• Implement automated monitoring and logging to improve system reliability and performance.

3. Mobile Application Development:

• Guide the development and deployment of mobile applications (iOS/Android) using frameworks like React Native or Flutter.

• Ensure seamless integration of mobile applications with backend systems through APIs.

• Optimize mobile applications for performance, scalability, and a smooth user experience across platforms.

4. Collaboration and Mentorship:

• Lead a team of developers, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting best practices in Java, Python, DevOps, and mobile development.

• Mentor and guide junior developers to improve their skills in backend technologies, DevOps practices, and mobile application development.

5. Technical Strategy & Innovation:

• Drive the adoption of new technologies and tools to enhance development efficiency and application performance.

• Stay updated on the latest trends in DevOps, Java/Python development, and mobile application technologies.

6. Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement:

• Address technical challenges in both backend development and mobile application performance.

• Continuously optimize development and deployment processes using DevOps best practices.
