Job Context:
∎ We are a Leading Company of Lead Based metal Scrap recycling in Bangladesh and manufacturing all types of Battery, Pure Lead, Alloy Lead, and Red Lead & Lead Oxide.
∎ Candidate should have work experience with Battery Production and Quality.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Acknowledgment of the order quantity in advance for making the production plan and to liaise with the Management and to give necessary directives to the Production Manager of the unit regarding the production plan
∎ To give necessary directives to Production/Sample team to make a sample of a particular buyer in order to get the approval of mass production
∎ To keep close eyes in order to attain an acceptable production limit and to ensure the implementation of the production schedule. If any production manager fails to achieve the production target, then the reason is to be found out from the production manager and he is to be guided for more production
∎ Having a clear idea about the quality of Battery and to guide his subordinates to take necessary corrective measures if there is any problem of quality so that this industry can be made an exportable stage
∎ To implement price-controlled policy in every stage of production, so that production cost is reduced
∎ To make necessary arrangements of training for the subordinates in order to increase production capability by following modern production procedures.
∎ To advise the Production Manager to follow the production schedule
∎ To take responsibility during an audit by the buyer regarding compliance issues
∎ To take all necessary safety measures in connection with the production
∎ To take necessary measures with the Admin, HR & Compliance Dept. in order to uphold human rights and development of human resources
∎ To ensure the duties and responsibilities of subordinates as vested on them according to the organizational policy;
∎ To ensure proper planning to assure smooth operation within the team
∎ Arrangement of briefing, training, coordinating, controlling and taking the timely decision
∎ To take an active role while formulating the policy of the factory
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Battery production, Technical, & Quality control, and Planning.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ All types of Battery & Lead
∎ Strong technical knowledge in production and quality system
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate inspectors.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English
∎ Hands-on PC skill with the knowledge of commonly used MS software
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
