Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Day Shift: 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM - Physical Office
∎ Evening Shift: 06:00 PM to 02:00 AM - Work From Home
∎ Night Shift: 12:00 AM to 08:00 PM - Work From Home
∎ Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable support via phone, helpdesk tickets, and live chat.
∎ Accurately log and track support requests from initiation to resolution, documenting solutions and decisions taken.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hosting, DNS, software, and hardware using diagnostic tools and technical knowledge.
∎ Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.
∎ Monitor system performance and respond to alerts and incidents as needed.
∎ Perform scheduled maintenance and routine system checks.
∎ Assist in research and development initiatives to improve service delivery.
∎ Support day-to-day business operations and assist internal teams as required.
∎ Prepare technical documentation, reports, and user training materials..
∎ Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
∎ Experience in customer support or technical helpdesk roles is preferred.
∎ Basic understanding of web hosting, DNS, and IT infrastructure is a plus.
∎ Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
