Responsibilities & Context:

Role Overview

XeonBD is looking for a Technical Customer Support Engineer to be the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you will provide high-quality technical support, troubleshoot hosting and infrastructure-related issues, and ensure a smooth and reliable customer experience.

You will work with a dynamic technical team where your problem-solving skills and technical knowledge will directly contribute to service excellence and customer satisfaction.

Work Schedule (Rotational Shift System)

  • Morning Shift: 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM (On-site)

  • Day Shift: 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM (On-site)

  • Evening Shift: 06:00 PM – 02:00 AM (Work From Home)

  • Night Shift: 12:00 AM – 08:00 AM (Work From Home)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and professional support via live chat, ticketing system, and phone

  • Manage and resolve customer support requests from start to completion

  • Troubleshoot issues related to web hosting, DNS, servers, OS, and applications

  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software

  • Monitor system performance and respond to alerts and incidents

  • Perform routine maintenance and ensure system stability

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and processes

  • Assist in documentation, reporting, and technical knowledge sharing
