As a Customer Support Engineer at XeonBD, you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued customers — delivering exceptional support, solving technical issues, and ensuring an outstanding service experience. Work Schedule & Shifts (Rotational Duty)
Shifts and Work Arrangements:
Morning Shift: 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM - Physical Office
Day Shift: 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM - Physical Office
Evening Shift: 06:00 PM to 02:00 AM - Work From Home
Night Shift: 12:00 AM to 08:00 PM - Work From Home
Key Responsibilities
Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable support via phone, helpdesk tickets, and live chat.
Accurately log and track support requests from initiation to resolution, documenting solutions and decisions taken.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hosting, DNS, software, and hardware using diagnostic tools and technical knowledge.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.
Monitor system performance and respond to alerts and incidents as needed.
Perform scheduled maintenance and routine system checks.
Assist in research and development initiatives to improve service delivery.
Support day-to-day business operations and assist internal teams as required.
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and user training materials..
