Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Working closely with BD & UK technical team to make sure the product design suits production methods across multi product seasonal categories.
∎ Working closely with BD & UK technical team to perform fit sessions and constantly striving to improve quality and construction of garments at all stages, in order to ensure they meet business and industry standards.
∎ Working closely with the BD & UK technical team to coordinate and convey the detailed technical comments to the supply base.
∎ Working closely with the BD & UK technical team to control and maintain a sealed fit from proto through to final bulk production.
∎ Working closely with the BD & UK technical and UK sourcing to ensure that all fit & sealing approvals adhere to the critical path date requirements.
∎ Responsible for visiting the factories to conduct fit sessions on a priory basis following the critical path.
∎ Technical Operations: Supervising and coordinating all technical operations related to garment sampling, including pattern making, sample development, fitting, and quality control.
∎ Pattern Development: Assist in the creation and adjustment of patterns to ensure proper fit and design accuracy.
