Educational Requirements:

∎ Minimum of 10 years of work experience within the field of education as Education Specialist; Program Manager, Master Trainer of formal or Non-Formal education program;
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills; familiarity with MSWord, Excel, Power Point; Excellent organizational skills with a willingness to assume responsibilities and take initiative; ability to be a team player;

DAM`s current diversified works encompass multi-dimensional field programs and self-governing institutions in education, health and economic development sectors in Bangladesh.
∎ DAM is implementing an emergency humanitarian response education project titled i) Scale-up of Early Learning and Informal Basic Education Programme for Forcibly Displaced Myanmar Nations (FDMN) 4-14 years` children in Bangladesh (ENBC) ii) Ensuring integrated (Foundational literacy and numeracy; vocational training, psychosocial support and life skills) services for 15-18 years adolescent in the Rohingya camp and host community of Cox`s Bazar (ALP) and iii) Myanmar Curriculum Piloting Project with the financial support by UNICEF at 6 Upazilas of Cox`s Bazar district.
∎ DAM invites application for the following vacant positions for immediate appointment: -
∎ Duty Station: Ukhiya, Cox`s Bazar with including frequent field visit.
∎ Myanmar Curriculum Piloting Project
Additional Requirements:
∎ Outstanding analytical and writing skills and proven ability to quickly understand complex challenges and propose solutions in organized, articulate concept papers, reports, and proposals;
∎ Understanding of development programs with special focus on education program specially Education in Myanmar Curriculum;
∎ Provide full technical support in terms of Myanmar Curriculum Piloting (MCP) and material development;
∎ Facilitate procurement of educations materials as per requisition from the field and ensure supply;
∎ Develop/collect supplementary education materials as per assessed needs of diverse geographical and cultural context;
∎ Monitor progress of the learners, measure competency level, oversee the performance of the tutors/facilitators and share feedbacks with the Training Team for upgrade of the competencies;
∎ Sensitive to local and national development and clear understanding of the education sector development in Bangladesh;
∎ Regularly shares knowledge on new international best practice trends;
∎ Proactively applies relevant international best practices to own work;
∎ Conformity in working with goal-oriented activities;
∎ Sensitivity to Rohingya nationals, Child rights, and specific understanding of the Education in Emergencies;
∎ Innovation in mindset, accommodative and knowledge of IKP;
∎ Extra knowledge on Myanmar Curriculum and Language added value.
Salary:
∎ BDT 72,600 with Other benefits: other benefits will pay as per project provision and organizational policy.
