Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create requirements and specifications for business solutions
∎ The individual needs to proactively gather requirements from the clients understand, and analyze them. Document them and create the Requirements Analysis Documentation
∎ Conduct business analysis and research to identify key metrics and opportunities for improvement
∎ Organize and architect content/features/functionality for new and existing websites and applications
∎ Work closely with key stakeholders to consult and determine business objectives and success factors
∎ Develop processes and procedures to ensure business solutions meet strategic goals
∎ Collaborate with team members to collect, analyze, and evaluate information from multiple sources including presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders and writing documentation on business requirements, functional requirements, and design specifications
∎ Someone who will take ownership of a feature or application from initial conception through release while also assisting others when the need arises.
∎ Ability to learn and teach new technologies and skills as new technology is introduced.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Provide service excellence at all levels and with all client interactions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field; with 5+ years of industry experience including working with a software engineering team or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience;
∎ Proven working experience as a Technical Business Analyst in the information technology sector
∎ Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies;
∎ Should have proven project management experience, and experience with Project Management Software such as Trello, JIRA or similar
∎ Ensure business processes are running in accordance with Agile methodologies
∎ Applicants should have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, and creative thinking skills.
∎ Good understanding of interactive web technologies.
∎ Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
