Educational Requirements:
∎ Should be Graduate in any Discipline (Qualification may be relaxed in case of exceptionally good in relevant work).
∎ Any foreign working experience/degree/training will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 15 to 20 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to execute the pattern as per buyers design requirements.
∎ Ability to execute technical inputs to the production floor.
∎ Ability to improve individual worker efficiency.
∎ Ability to minimize the Factory cost & approves the sample in one shot.
∎ Ability to Manage and track customer orders
∎ Ability to build up a team work.
∎ To train factory pattern master to ensure as per Customers requirements.
∎ Ability to closely monitoring line wise efficiency and plan vs. actual output.
∎ Ability to handle customer visit.
∎ Ability to manage employees/daily production plus development
∎ Any other job assigned by the Top Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 50 to 70 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant Should be sound knowledge across all kinds of Garments
∎ Good leadership qualities with excellent skills on training and skill imparting
∎ Good interpersonal skills
∎ Should have a high sense of responsibility and accountability
