Job Context:
∎ MDF Bangladesh (Pvt.) Ltd. was established in 2015, playing diverse roles such as learning facilitators, managing partnerships, and evaluators. Our team is highly diverse and experienced in all MDF services in Bangladesh context. As learning facilitators, we support our clients through development trails combining training and coaching. We are specialized in management advisory, managing partnerships, and evaluations. Our consultancies cover management skills, curriculum design, inclusive social sustainable enterprise development, M&E frameworks, and strategy initiation. We provide in-country bilingual courses with international standards. We also offer tailor-made training programs aligning with clients` needs. As evaluators, we conduct appreciative evaluations for implementers and independent evaluations for funding partners.

∎ In this role, the selected candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting various consultancy assignments catering to a diverse range of clients. It`s important to note that our Bangladesh office, while compact in size, offers a wealth of opportunities for the young professional to engage in a wide array of tasks and assignments, thereby gaining valuable experience and making a meaningful impact
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide technical support on content of trainings and consultancies.
∎ Provide consultancy services (Evaluation, Project Management and Strengthening Local Organizations)
∎ Identify potential clients and follow-up through regular client meetings
∎ Establish linkages with Dutch Embassy, other Dutch donors and Dutch projects
Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven experience in the field of the water sector.
∎ Demonstrated track record in fostering business development for clients.
∎ Substantial experience in private sector development.
∎ International work experience.
∎ Successful background in sales, acquisition, and business development.
∎ Proficiency in working both independently to meet deadlines and collaboratively within a team environment.
∎ Working experience in the Bangladesh or in the region
∎ Experience in conducting training and providing consultancy services.
Salary:
∎ Commensurate with experience and subject to management`s discretion.
