∎ Specialized training in footwear production will be considered an added advantage.

∎ At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in footwear manufacturing, including 5 years in a managerial/technical advisory role.
∎ Extensive experience in modern footwear production technologies, quality control processes, and compliance standards.
∎ Proven track record of successful product development and process optimization in a factory setting.
∎ In-depth knowledge of various footwear production techniques (e.g., stitching, lasting, finishing).
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to implement practical solutions.
∎ Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Familiarity with industry-standard machinery and software used in footwear manufacturing.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide expert technical advice and solutions to enhance production processes, ensuring the highest quality standards in footwear manufacturing.
∎ Analyze existing manufacturing processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize waste.
∎ Collaborate with design and production teams to develop new footwear models and refine prototypes to meet Buyers demands.
∎ Implement quality control procedures, monitor production output, and address any issues to ensure all products meet required criteria.
∎ Train production staff on the latest techniques, machinery, and footwear production standards to enhance overall factory performance.
∎ Ensure all factory machinery and equipment are maintained, operated, and upgraded as required for optimal performance.
∎ Ensure the factory adheres to local and international compliance standards, including environmental and safety regulations.
∎ Prepare regular reports on production performance, quality control, and process improvements for senior management.
