Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Communications, or a related discipline

Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a Personal Secretary / Executive Secretary / Personal Assistant to senior management
Experience in manufacturing or corporate organizations will be an added advantage
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla
High competence in drafting business and official letters in both English and Bangla
Strong proficiency in MS Office applications and professional email correspondence
Sound knowledge of communication with government offices and trade bodies
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
Professional etiquette, presentable personality, and strong interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel and work anywhere in Bangladesh as required
High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality
Knowledge of additional languages will be considered an asset
Jihan Footwear (Pvt.) Ltd., a reputed organization in the footwear manufacturing sector, is seeking a highly professional, proactive, and well-organized Personal Secretary (PS) to provide comprehensive executive, administrative, and protocol support to the Managing Director.
Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh (as per Managing Director’s requirements)
Key Responsibilities
Provide dedicated secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director
Manage schedules, meetings, appointments, and official travel arrangements
Draft, review, and manage professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
Maintain strict confidentiality of executive and company-related information
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and ensure timely follow-up
Liaise effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders
Maintain well-organized documentation and filing systems
Executive & Protocol Responsibilities
Coordinate all official engagements, meetings, and public appearances of the Managing Director
Organize and manage protocol for local and international meetings, visits, and official functions
Liaise with government offices, diplomatic missions, corporate bodies, and trade organizations on behalf of the Managing Director
Prepare briefings, talking points, schedules, and agendas for official programs and events
Manage official travel arrangements including visas, accommodation, logistics, and protocol requirements
Act as the focal point for dignitaries, delegations, and special guests
Ensure proper protocol, etiquette, and decorum during all official interactions
Serve as the right hand of the Managing Director for executive and protocol-related duties
Perform any other tasks assigned by management as required
