Responsibilities & Context:
Analyze the line wise productions, line balancing, workers individual efficiency, production efficiency.
Utilize the high level of manpower and machine efficiency.
Conduct the training program for the un-skilled operators, supervisors and quality controllers.
Give technical guideline to the production team to improve productivity, quality (like-folders, combining process, usage of modern machines and attachments).
Monitor the pilot run and ensure the first bulk output is produced as per customer expectation
Implementation of up gradation program / best practices like operator self-checking module, process and person calibration of quality team, defect escalation and quality training program
Follow the Standard operation procedure (SOP) in all department
