Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC
∎ Training/Trade Course: (Preference will be given who has completed the Hotel Management Course)
∎ Skills Required: Ability to effectively present information and respond to customers, ability to work as a team, customer focus, Energetic and self-motivated, Learning Attitude
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greetings customers, taking orders, answering questions to satisfy and makes them feel as a top priority.
∎ To be ensured accurate, prompt, on time and complete customer services with a smile and friendly manners.
∎ Adhering to restaurant performance standards for crew stations and as per Management guidelines.
∎ Resolve all kinds of simple customer enquirers and refer to difficult customer enquirers to a Restaurant Supervisor or Management.
∎ Work in the kitchen and the supply base, preparing dough, portioning toppings, and cooking our selected foods etc.
∎ To follow critical standards for raw and finished products; keep the outlet clean and ensure proper sanitation safety of the foods.
∎ Participate in Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) procedures to ensure department compliance with regulations by performing periodic safety & health risk assessment
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ For the Rider Team Members a valid motorbike driving license is mandatory also have the proficiency to read google maps and remember routes in Dhaka City.
Salary: Negotiable
