Job Context:
∎ Chicking the first fully HALAL international Fast-food Restaurant QSR chain specialized in Original, spicy, and Grilled Chicken.
∎ The Restaurant General Manager (AM) Area Manager is the No.1 leader in a restaurant. A RGM is overall responsible for directing the daily operations of a restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, financial accountability.
∎ Candidate must have experience in a restaurant as a Supervisor/Manager
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Effectively manage a Chicking within the policies and guidelines of the company to ensure customer satisfaction in every outlet
∎ Creating value for our shareholders through efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit management.
∎ Controls day-to-day operations by scheduling manpower, ordering food and supplies, and developing the restaurant team.
∎ Controls profit & loss, by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.
∎ Also Able manage every employee of the Company
∎ Interviews and hires team members, conducts performance appraisals, takes disciplinary action. Coach and train the team for operational excellence, ensure champions recognition and motivation efforts.
∎ Ensures maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds through the use of a preventative maintenance program.
∎ Ensures food quality as per guidelines of Civic Foods BD LTD.!
∎ Ensures complete and timely execution of corporate & local marketing programs
∎ Ensures a safe working and customer experience environment by facilitating safe work behaviors of the team
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work in an environment involving a considerable amount of physical activity with long hours of standing.
∎ Ability to hear, understand, and respond to Team Members' requests in a loud environment.
∎ Passion for hospitality, Manage 4, 5 Outlet together.
∎ People Focus: Dedication to providing exceptional customer service, providing training & eager to develop.
∎ Thirst for Knowledge
∎ Must have communication skills in Bengali & English (written).
∎ Able to work under pressure in complex situations.
∎ Able to manage 3-5 Restaurant
Salary: Negotiable
