∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Sales & Marketing, Team Leader (Sales)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate Sales revenue by selling & achieve own and team sales target monthly basis by driving own sales team executive.
∎ Do direct marketing by physical visit and achieve sales following official rules and regulations.
∎ It's a combination of both field Job and office job.
∎ Lead, direct and operate total team towards companies' mission and vision.
∎ Verify team member and Executives work by direct visit, and keep them on track so that target can be achieved on time.
∎ Provide feedback about the market conditions, Keep current knowledge and upgrade it spontaneously about current trend customer demand, related scope of work and industry.
∎ Take part in various promotions, campaigns etc. as per official directions.
∎ Prepare Performance report of team members and follow-up them accordingly for improvement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
