Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers and sale deposit/ liability Products through managing a sales force within a region.
∎ Achieve monthly/ yearly sales target of deposits/ liability.
∎ Supervise, monitor and effectively manage the sales force of a region and measure their productivity and performance.
∎ Ensure team building, team development, motivation and performance management of assigned team members.
∎ Ensure that business risks and controls are well managed.
∎ Maintain close liaison and coordination with internal stakeholders.
∎ Ensure extraordinary customer experience for both existing and potential customers.
