∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise collection agents and distribute collection tasks to collection agents.
∎ Monitor collection status and blacklist overdue customers.
∎ Follow up regularly with overdue customers.
∎ Provide list of customers to legal against whom legal action needs to be initiated.
∎ Ensure centralized letter sending to overdue customers.
∎ Manage EZ Non-Performing Asset target through regular monitoring and taking timely actions in view of contributing towards reduction NPL as well as overall NPL of the company.
∎ Monitor and follow-up the overdue accounts/clients in view of proper monitoring of the EZ loan accounts.
∎ Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures along with internal and external regulatory guidelines.
∎ Lead and develop team and succession pipeline and engage high performers.

∎ Strong analytical skillset and problem-solving skills
∎ Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
∎ Team Player
∎ Leadership skills
∎ Should have a good knowledge of local FI/NBFI regulations
∎ Should have sound knowledge on MS Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
