∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ CCNA or ITIL

∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, both on a proactive, planned, project basis
∎ as well as a crisis/problem recovery situation.
∎ CCNA/ITIL certification will be added advantage.
∎ Very good problem-solving experience and time savvy
∎ Should have experience on Cloud computing.
∎ Computer literacy in MS-Office (Word, excel, PPT, Visio).
∎ Experience Requirements
∎ 3+ years of experience is preferred as an IT support specialist.
∎ Experience in MNC/ Group of companies/ ISP is preferred.
∎ Knowledge of using Google Workspace

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure an effective, resilient and responsive IT support (Hardware, software, networking) to different operation units.
∎ Handling day to day IT related activities.Asset maintenance (laptops and other electronic devices).
∎ Maintaining records of all IT assets and allocating assets to other departments based on policies and requirement.
∎ Set up user accounts, permissions and passwords.
∎ Screen the IT Ticketing Application and provide the related solutions to the users in time with accuracy as per SLA.
∎ Identify single point of failure in network & system and ensure redundancy planning.
∎ Setting up computer OS & security measures (antivirus, firewall, active directory).
∎ Configure, implement and troubleshoot active network equipment like- switches,routers, network appliances, firewalls, Wi-FiMaintain & troubleshoot Windows server, AD, email services.
∎ Taking backup configuration of network switch, Router, Wi-Fi, Windows AD and othersystems.
∎ Ensure System/Data security and data backup, archiving, recovery based on policies.
∎ Perform IT asset & accessories audit. Preparing accurate and timely reports & proper documentationResponsible for LAN and WAN maintenance by keeping close liaison with ISP
