Educational Requirements:
∎ Master Degree in Public Health/ Developmental Study / International Relation / social science, Law and Communication etc from reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Disabled Rehabilitation and Research Association (DRRA) is a national level leading NGO of Bangladesh since 1996 for the development of the person with disability of different districts of Bangladesh:
∎ Reporting to: Executive Director
∎ Job Location: Dhaka, but 40% field visit.
∎ Employment Status: Project Contract.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ He/ she have to capacity on fundraising and local resource mobilization and have record of accomplishment to awarded international calls from EU, DFID, and USAID etc;
∎ He/ she will be capable to develop strategic planning and able to take prompt decision;
∎ Self-directed and ability to work independently as well as with large team;
∎ He/ she will have to have manage team in terms of coaching, capacity building, problem solving manner;
∎ Efficient on research findings and data for advocacy and Project design;
∎ He/ she will have to have skills on grants and partnership management in micro and macro level.
∎ Good capacity on knowledge management especially on development issues, International conventions, SDG implementation.
∎ The candidate must have advocacy and networking skills with key stakeholders at national and local level and have experience on working with different Govt ministries and International agencies.
∎ He/she will be budget holder, have to contribute financial team for budgeting and reporting.
∎ Must have sound knowledge's on budget management;
∎ He/she is responsible to ensure overall project coordination among DRRA and consortium;
∎ SMART communication skills with donors and partner organizations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Project Manager/ Research, Communication/ Public Relation/ Media, Manual Development/ Advocacy and finance management, government compliance as NGO
∎ Advanced understanding of Communication and Documentation and branding and IT system.
∎ Managing multiple deadlines.
∎ 40% field visit

Salary: Tk. 140000 (Monthly)
