Job Context:
∎ To achieve sales target, by focusing new business under the guidance and leadership of Head of Group Insurance Sales.
∎ Support team members in all aspects of the sales process and keep them accountable to achieve business target.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve the target business through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance.
∎ Lead a sales team, guide & coaching them. Follow up with them regarding for Business deal and all other supports.
∎ Provide on-the-ground support for sales team as they generate leads and close new deals
∎ Visit & meet with high potential clients.
∎ Motivate team members to maintain a high-performance sales force.
∎ Meet with team members one-on-one weekly to review performance, progress, and targets.
∎ Developing new customers base through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
∎ Coordinate with the cross functional team.
∎ Prepare reporting as needed for head of Group Sales / Management.

∎ Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
∎ Working knowledge of MS Office.
