Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales targets of affordable home loan through assigned team.
∎ Build and promote a strong relationship with clients, partners and other stakeholders.
∎ Assess and recommend the leads coming from sales executives and partner organizations.
∎ Ensure strong visibility of the organization in the territory.
∎ Monitor performance of team, motivate them and ensure their development.
∎ Ensure extraordinary customer service.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Strong experience of marketing financial products.
∎ Team Management.
∎ Strong analytical and critical reasoning skill.
∎ Team work.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Office package.
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skill (both English & Bangla).
