∎ Age 30 to 42 years
∎ Candidates with knowledge of MS Dynamics 365/DreamApps ERP will be preferred
∎ Good knowledge on MS Office, especially in Excel.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop plans and strategies for ERP implementation based on organizational requirements
∎ Coordination between functional teams, IT Application Support, IT Development and DBA teams on system issues, enhancements, and projects.
∎ Establishing ERP needs via business process analysis and consultation.Extract data, report creation, and analyzing system for ERP solutions.
∎ Analyzing master data and identifying trends and patterns that can be used to improve business processes and decision-making.
∎ Working on Data analysis, Data Visualization, and preparation of necessary report formats.
∎ Provide primary assistance to ERP and software systems users.
∎ Conduct training and prepare the user manual of ERP to improve user efficiency.
∎ Keep track of all ERP service-related incidents and make reports for Management.
∎ Identify all the risks that can affect the ERP system.
