Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. or M.Sc. in CSE /CS/ EEE from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designing and implementing new network solutions and improving the efficiency of current networks.
∎ Installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment including Routers, Firewalls, Load balance, WAF, Switches, etc.
∎ Investigating and providing efficient solutions to the faults in the network environment.
∎ Good knowledge of Voice Communications.
∎ Must have DC & DR implementation experience.
∎ Responsible for project implementation and day-to-day support regarding Collaboration projects and networking issues.
∎ Provide pre-sales technical support for the development of products, applications, and solutions for our customers.
∎ Design effective solutions with client-focused thinking and a strong combination of technical and business relevance.
∎ To work closely with the sales team, vendors, and partners to ensure optimum systems and solutions are provided to the customers.
∎ To provide quick yet thorough responses to customer Request for Proposal (RFP) and generate technical design and solution proposals based on technology and our product offerings that meet or exceed customer’s needs.
∎ Quick response to customer escalations and follows through to confirm resolution.
∎ Provide better support with innovative Ideas.
∎ Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management to achieve organizational goals.
