Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ B.Sc in Computer Science & Engineering preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to manage information technology and computer systems
∎ Execute daily IT help desk support based on user's requirement
∎ Monitor & ensure smooth data link connectivity between head office and other factories. Take necessary step if any interruption in place
∎ Monitor & ensure server room is operational and immediately take necessary step if any interruption in place
∎ Assist to setup IT devices on new office area, workstation setup and expansion, shifting etc.
∎ Assist to manage proper utilization, service, replacement of all kind of attendance & access control devices
∎ Assist to manage CCTV system, service, repair, extend, shifting, web broadcast etc.
∎ Monitor Poly-com Video Conferencing (VC) Equipment's are operational, support users to operate & immediately attend if any technical interruption in place.
∎ Support to manage current Wired & Wireless network setup, installation, monitoring and troubleshooting
∎ Ensure Buyer wise BAR-CODE (Shipping Mark) printers are operational, arrange necessary maintenance, label print utility upgrade, support etc
∎ Assist to manage the Internal networking system, server, cabling, of automated factory machinery like auto knitting, dyeing, cutting etc
∎ Attend & ensure emergency IT support at off day or out of office time as required for connectivity, computer, bar-code printer issues.
