∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Oracle Apex ORDS, PHP, Oracle DB, SQL Server, MySQL, PL/SQL Query, SOAP/REST API, PostgresSQL, MongoDB etc.
∎ Third Party Integration Knowledge.
∎ Flexibility to work on cross-platform projects.
∎ Good knowledge of Windows/Linux/Unix operating system.
∎ Certifications such as OCP 19c/RAC, 19c/ADG etc. are preferred.
∎ Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Oracle, GCP)Scripting skills for automation (i.e.- PowerShell, Bash, Python).
∎ Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide support to Customer with 7x24 basis both onsite and remotely
∎ Provides a high level of customer satisfaction through the effective delivery of technical onsite support and installations.
∎ This will include break-fix tasks, hardware product and software installations, site planning, problem escalation and managing installations
∎ Installation, configuration, patching, up-gradation, migration, troubleshooting and maintenance of database (Oracle, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, MYSQL etc.)
∎ Install and troubleshoot Oracle Database Software on Unix/Linux/Windows platform.
∎ Install and troubleshoot any Database Software on Unix/Linux/Windows platform.
∎ Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for database incidents and service requests.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues, including connectivity, query performance, and data integrity problems.
∎ Monitor database performance, implement changes and apply new patches and versions when required.
∎ Very Good understanding database High Availability (HA) and database replication.
∎ Installation, configuration and maintenance of Oracle Real Application Cluster (19c, 12c) and DR solutions.
∎ Installation, troubleshoot and monitor Oracle ACTIVE DATA GUARD.
∎ Implementation and troubleshooting of database backup and recovery related issues.
∎ Plan Disaster Recovery procedure and Recover database in case of disaster.
∎ Sound knowledge in System, Storage and Network.
∎ Tune all database instance components including SQL and PL/SQL code.
∎ Installation administration and monitoring through OEM 13c for taking correct actions to keep system effective.
∎ Very good knowledge in database backup recovery and system administration.
∎ Analyze query and provide necessary suggestion for database performance optimization.
∎ Perform proactive R&D on new tools or monitoring features for scaling database performance.
∎ Configure proper database auditing as per guidelines of different regulatory like ICT Security, ICCD, Bangladesh Bank, ISO-27001, PCI-DSS etc.
∎ Any other work / responsibility as and when assigned by the supervisor or Management of the organization.
