About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compensation, compliance, and strategic HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees, driving a positive work culture and aligning HR practices with business goals.
Key Responsibilities & Duties- HR Manager
Recruitment & Staffing
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the full cycle of recruitment: job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs.
Employee Relations & Engagement
• Foster a positive workplace culture and ensure employee satisfaction.
• Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions fairly.
• Design and implement employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Performance Management
• Develop and monitor performance appraisal systems.
• Provide guidance to managers and employees on goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Identify underperformance issues and support improvement plans.
Training & Development
• Assess training needs across departments.
• Organize workshops, training sessions, and development programs.
• Support leadership development and succession planning.
Compensation & Benefits
• Manage payroll, bonuses, and benefits administration.
• Conduct regular benchmarking of compensation packages.
Policy Development & Compliance
• Ensure HR policies are compliant with labor laws and regulations.
• Regularly update employee handbooks, contracts, and policies.
• Maintain HR records and ensure confidentiality.
Strategic HR Management
• Align HR strategy with overall business objectives.
• Provide HR insights to senior leadership for decision-making.
• Drive initiatives on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
HR Operations & Administration
• Maintain HRMS (Human Resource Management System).
• Manage employee data, attendance, and leave records.
• Ensure smooth exit management and offboarding process.
