∎ M.Sc or B.Sc in EEE/ETE/CSE or any Engineering discipline from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): ccna
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate should be responsible for project implementation and day to day support regarding UC project and networking issues.
∎ Responsible for Cisco IP telephony project implementation and support.
∎ Responsible for Cisco video conference project implementation and support.
∎ Responsible for Cisco contact center project implementation and support.
∎ Responsible for documentation of project handover.
∎ Assist for pre-sales and tender submission.
∎ Build good relationship with Clients
∎ Quick response to customer escalations and follows through to confirm resolution
∎ Provide better support by innovative Ideas
∎ Develop and Manage succession plans for key positions
∎ Bank notes security features and positioning.
∎ Solving Critical problem and given Solution on Electro mechanical Machine.

Additional Requirements:
∎ BSC in EEE, ME or equivalent Degree
∎ Professionalism
∎ Ability to work in a Team
∎ Time Management
∎ Leadership Skill
∎ Documentation Skill
∎ Customer Dedication
∎ Knowledge on Bangladeshi Notes.
∎ Knowledge on Fit/Teller/Unfit note features.
∎ Basic knowledge on AC And DC Electronics circuit, Stepper motor, sensors etc.
