Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Electrical in EEE, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
∎ B.Sc. or M.Sc. in CSE /CS/ EEE from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designing and implementing new network solutions and improving the efficiency of current networks.
∎ Installing, configuring, and supporting network equipment including Routers, Firewalls, Load balance, WAF, Switches, etc.
∎ The candidate should be responsible for project implementation and day-to-day support regarding UC projects and networking issues.
∎ Banknotes security features and positioning.
∎ Solving Critical problems and given Solutions on Electromechanical machines.
∎ Responsible for documentation of project handover.
∎ Assist with pre-sales and tender submission.
∎ Build good relationships with Clients.
∎ Provide better support by innovative Ideas.
∎ Attending Contact Center customers calls physically and virtually and provide basic level supports to resolve mentioned issues.
∎ Quick response and Communicate with the customers in a professional manner to understand their problems and provide proper solutions to these problems.
∎ Raise support tickets to Principals for critical cases and communicate & work with their Engineers till the solution of the problems.
∎ Document step by step installation, configuration and troubleshooting procedures for future reference.
∎ Testing new features in the lab environment and doing other tasks assigned by the team leader.
∎ Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management to achieve organizational goals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have valid Vendor Certifications regarding Network and/or Collaboration.
∎ An analytical mind.
∎ Knowledge on Fit/Teller/Unfit note features.
∎ Basic knowledge on AC And DC Electronics circuit, Stepper motor, sensors etc.
∎ Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
∎ Ability to work in a Team.
∎ Good time management skills.
∎ Strong documentation skills.
∎ Good communication skills - both written and verbal.
∎ Commercial and business awareness.
∎ Customer Dedication.
