Additional Requirements:

Candidate must have knowledge on AutoCAD 2D, Layout and Process.
Should have strong analytical ability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment.
Can work under pressure.
Good communication skills with a pleasant personality.
Responsibilities & Context:
Optimize Standard Minute Value (SMV) / Standard Time for production operations.
Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
Optimize production line control systems to improve cycle time and reduce downtime.
Use analytics to detect bottlenecks, failures or inefficiencies.
Support for decision-making through dashboard/report development.
Continuous improvement by implementing and sustaining LEAN and SIX SIGMA methods (5S and Visual Management, KAIZEN, SMED, POKA-YOKE, PROBLEM SOLVING, DMAIC etc.).
Implement project management tools to regularly provide updates on the work progress to senior management and other stakeholders.
