Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for installing configuring of ISP network devices. The main aim is to install and activate new sites and administrating to ensure that the networking system runs efficiently without interruption.
∎ Ensures that the systems and technology used are constantly upgraded to remain relevant.
∎ Arrange and manage technician teams for installation and troubleshooting support technician team to solve technical issues.
∎ The network administrator must keep upper management informed about what is happening in the organization concerning networking.
∎ Comes up with innovative solutions to various networking problems and ensures that customer needs are properly defined and satisfactorily met.
∎ Implements and evaluates the working of networking systems and stays abreast of new technologies emerging in the industry.
∎ Responsible for informing ISP technical management partners customers and peers about network performance and service availability.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Should have experience with nationwide ISP backbone with modern technology.
∎ Five years prior ISP network administrator experience is highly preferred.
∎ Expert in Linux and windows platform
∎ Must have Working experience with web server, dns server, email server etc. installation, configure and maintenance.
∎ Practical experience in Linux shell scripting.
∎ Enterprise Switching and Routing design experience.
∎ Practical experience with OSPF, EIGRP, BGP etc. Routing configure and troubleshooting.
∎ Should have full experience with installing configuring and maintaining of MikroTik products and wireless devices like Ubiquity/UBNT and MW Air Fiber Rocket Dishes as PTP/PTM.
∎ He should have enterprise customer network security policy design experience .
∎ Experience with Domain, WHM/CPanel etc .
∎ Self-disciplined self-motivated and the ability to organize and prioritize time effectively.
∎ Provide internet connectivity with 99.99 % SLA for all customers
∎ Must have extensive knowledge on hardware & software troubleshooting.
∎ Ability to manage and lead the technical team.
∎ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
∎ Knowledge to setting up and maintain the ISP bandwidth with prioritizing.
∎ Monitoring graph designing with mrtg, PRTG MRTG and CACTI for entire network.
∎ Willingness and ability to learn new products and network technologies quickly often without the focus of formalized training.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
