Experience:
Strong knowledge of Mikrotik Router, Cisco Switch, OLT, ONU etc.Experience with routing protocols, static and Dynamic routing (BGP), Good understanding of TCP/IP, subnetting, and network protocolsStrong knowledge of Bandwidth management, PPPoE User, VLAN Management etc.Ability to troubleshoot real-time network issues.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Strong knowledge of ensuring network security and implementing necessary firewall rules.
• Monitor network, servers, and systems 24x7 using NMS tools.
• Working with multiple upstream, NTTN & Internet Exchange (IX).
• Configure, manage, and maintain routers, switches, OLT, and ONU devices.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues (latency, packet loss, downtime).
• Handle BGP, VLAN, PPPoE, NAT, and routing configurations & Troubleshooting.
• Provide technical support for NOC operations.
• Work with backbone and distribution networks.
Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate network/system issues.
Handle system incident management, ticketing, and follow-up.
Receive and handle customer calls professionally.
Provide on-site (physical) support when required.
Coordinate with field engineers and network teams.
Maintain logs, reports, and daily status updates.
Maintain proper documentation of the ISP network.
