Experience:

• At least 3 years

• Minimum Graduation in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline from any reputed university with no 3rd class in whole academic record.

• Candidates with relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) are preferred.

• At least 3 years

• Candidates bearing credit related professional qualification will be preferable.

• Fresh Candidates do not need to apply.

• Candidates having break of service do not need to apply.

• Must have good expertise on Microsoft Officer as well as experience of handling core banking system and related business intelligence.

• Unquestioned commitment to integrity and ethical decision-making.

• Must have customer focused attitude.

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and related hardware.

• Monitor server performance and ensure optimal uptime.

• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other network services.

• Perform regular backups and restore operations to ensure data integrity and availability.

• Implement and manage security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.

• Monitor network and system security, addressing vulnerabilities and ensuring compliance with security policies.

• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.

• Manage firewall and intrusion detection/prevention systems.

• Provide technical support to bank staff for hardware, software, and network issues.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner.

• Maintain a helpdesk system and ensure issues are tracked and resolved promptly.

• Develop and provide training to staff on IT best practices and new technologies.

• Plan and execute system upgrades and patches to ensure software and systems are up-to-date.

• Evaluate and recommend new hardware and software solutions to improve IT operations.

• Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures.

• Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans.

• Test disaster recovery procedures to ensure business continuity in the event of a system failure.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to IT and data security.

• Prepare and submit reports on IT operations, security incidents, and system performance.

• Any other work / responsibility as and when assigned by the supervisor or Management of the Bank.
