Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for Sweater Finishing production for on-time delivery
∎ Optimize the production flow, daily monitoring on the production in term of efficiency and quality
∎ Shorten the lead time and control of WIP of the whole production by using First In First Out concept
∎ Workers management, maximize the capacity of the whole factory in the optimum condition
∎ Efficiency monitoring and quality control, weekly meet-up with QA and IE team to ensure the production meet targets.
∎ Responsible for Sweater Finishing production for on-time delivery
