Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for Cutting
∎ Ensure Sewing sections line feeding without interruption.
∎ Maximize the cut to order and Max ShipMonitoring and Controlling:
∎ Monitoring Cutting production overall performance and daily operating to achieve the goals and objectives
∎ Monitoring cutting FPY & Efficiency to achieve highest quality & productivity
∎ Monitor and control materials, equipment and accessories in cutting section to be ready for daily operation
∎ Monitor cutting production and ensure minimum utilization of man, machine and material in the cutting section.
∎ Checking whether technical information are conveyed properly to route level in case of both new lay and any changes.
∎ Any other job assign by management
