Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive Master cut Plan from PPC and review this
∎ Prepare table plan for cutting & sewing plan.
∎ Follow up the cutting section whether achieve the planned quantity
∎ Review orders/styles/fabric types to to plan for table
∎ Request Fabric from Warehouse
∎ Prepare Fabric reconciliation report
∎ Prepare Fabric Utilization Detail
∎ Adjust PPC Plan if anything different
∎ Pre-cutting activities maintain cutting daily cutting plan set up( such as, shrinkage report, size set & fabrics relaxation visibility).
∎ Next month plan review before 15 days production start.
∎ MO & SO wise final fabrics reconciliation properly.
∎ Prepare recut plan where required.
∎ Line demand & shipment priority wise daily cut plan set up.
∎ Daily cut plan VS actual production follow-up.
