• Exceptional research, writing, and analytical abilities, capable of delivering high-quality outputs.

• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and clear articulation of complex ideas.

• Clear understanding of prevailing regulations, especially applicable Bangladesh Bank circulars.

• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects, attention to details, and meet varying and often rapid deadlines effectively.·       Proficient in Microsoft platforms (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and the ability to quickly adapt to in using other software tools.

Responsible for researching and conducting thorough ESG analysis to identify sustainable finance projects, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards. Collaborate with stakeholders, support reporting, analyze ESG data, and develop client decarbonization transition plans. Prepare presentations, articles, and training materials while proactively identifying green finance opportunities to advance the sustainability goals of the organization.

• Support timely preparation of regulatory reports regarding sustainability.

• Conduct ESG assessments to determine green and sustainable finance eligibility and recommend measures to make projects compliant in meeting green/sustainable standards.

• Monitor emerging ESG trends, peer offerings, sector opportunities, and regulatory changes to inform strategy and pipeline development.

• Perform quantitative analyses (e.g. ESG scoring, decarbonization pathways) and support client sustainability profiling.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to advance sustainability objectives.

• Develop and deliver presentations, training, written materials (e.g. case studies) on sustainable finance.

• Maintain updated databases regarding sustainability, ensure proper ESG documentation for loans, and meet audit compliance requirements.

• Provide support on special projects and assignments, particularly those aligned with IPDC’s broader mission and goals in the realms of ESG and sustainable finance.

• Support ESG risk management by maintaining updated ESDD checklists, conduct site visits, and monitor E&S risks in financed projects.
