Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ You are responsible for setting a vision for your region that is aligned with the global sustainability and business visions
∎ You own sustainability initiatives, projects and programs across your region and secure that efforts are aligned with global and business goals
∎ You are also responsible for ensuring that the company works with only sustainable and approved vendors and suppliers in your region
∎ You identify upcoming challenges based on market trends and initiating projects/programs for future strategic plans
∎ You manage a budget to drive meaningful investments which drive innovation, change and improvements in your function's capabilities,processes, tools and systems
∎ You also work closely with the supply chains to secure they take into account sustainability topics in setting business strategies
∎ You are solutions-oriented, constantly looking for ways for our suppliers and our internal teams to innovate and improve in the ways that we work
∎ You regularly connect with NGOs, certification bodies, government organisations and other companies in our industry to keep up to date with developments that impact routines and policies we already have in place

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8-10 years in similar field, H&M internal Employees will be preferred
∎ Work experience in European company will be preferred
∎ Experience in sustainability management in production
∎ Good leadership skill
∎ Capable of solving problems and generating new ideas
∎ Ability to coordinate among multiple teams
∎ Excellent knowledge of written & spoken English
∎ Excellent computer knowledge with MS Office programs

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
