∎ Bachelor of Law (LLB)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 9 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ You are responsible for developing and implementing strategies, ensuring that program-related activities and initiatives at facility and industry levels are executed, on track and compliant to the expected standards
∎ You will focus on social programs, some activities might include Fair Wage Method, Wage Management System, Workplace Dialogue, Health & Safety, Human Rights due diligence and connected programs such as migrant workers and cotton field child labour projects
∎ You directly partner with internal teams in the production markets to identify and prioritise the short and long-term program activities of each specific market
∎ You optimise your project management skills to effectively coordinate different working groups engaged in specific program activities, to secure that program goals progress within expected timeframes
∎ Risk management is an important part of your role, as you continuously assess potential risks, plan mitigation, implement and follow up as necessary
Additional Requirements:
∎ Preferably 8-9 years of professional working experience in similar role
∎ H&M internal employees will be preferred
∎ Strong ability to communicate complex data/information in a simple way by using tools such as Excel
∎ Excellent written and spoken English
∎ Is a driven team player that can guide, involve and inspire the rest of the team
∎ Detail-oriented, with strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
∎ Strong problem solving skills and decision-making abilities
∎ Bigger picture thinking and ability to understand business needs of different functions and how they are interlinked
∎ Flexibility and willingness to adapt to change
∎ Ability to handle and stay motivated in high pressure situations
∎ Big leadership Potential
