Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Knowledge on Land Laws, and Registration Act
∎ Procedure to submit Mutation case to AC Land Office/ RAJUK
∎ Verifying documents/papers for Mutation Case, Land Transfer (registration) and Sale Permission (from RAJUK/ Ministry)
∎ Knowledge about Settlement stages and procedure to submit dispute (US-30) and appeal (US-31) during Survey/ Settlement operations
∎ Prepare relevant documents/ papers to lodge a civil suit (Title suit, Injunction, Succession etc.)
∎ Prepare the SF (Statement of Facts) of any civil case lodged by the opponent party
∎ Keep the papers ready with special attention to justify the classification of land during land acquisition
∎ Knowledge about the rate of LD Tax and its payment procedure
∎ Procedure to change the name (Mutation) from City Corporation, WASA & Titas
∎ Prepare application for seeking prior permission from DC office for land purchase for industrial purpose under city corporation and outside city corporation
∎ Knowledge about Redemption of property
∎ Prepare document/papers for Mortgage
∎ Knowledge about P.O-96, P.O-98, and ceiling of land under P.O of Land Reform Commission, 1984
∎ Knowledge about KA and KHA Tapsils of Vested Property, and other land related laws, rules & circulars
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 42 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preferably retired KGO/ Surveyor having work experiences in City Corporation during any Survey/ Settlement Operations.
∎ Preference will be given for them who has Survey & Settlement training.
Salary: Negotiable
