• Diploma in Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• Diploma in Surveying from a Government Institute.
• B.Sc. in Surveying / Geomatics from a reputed university.
• Additional training or certification in GIS, GPS, or AutoCAD-2D & 3D will be an advantage.

• 5 years of professional experience in land and construction surveying
• RTK survey Machine Operator Practical experience with land registration processes, dealing with Sub-Registry Office and AC Land Office.
• Hands-on experience with Total Station, GPS, AutoCAD-2D,3D, and GIS mapping software.
• Field experience in road, building, utility, or industrial project surveys.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing topographic, cadastral, and boundary survey reports.

• Conduct land and site surveys using modern surveying equipment (Total Station, GPS, Theodolite, Auto Level, Drone, etc.).
• Conduct different types of surveys including:
• Land / Cadastral Survey – Measuring property boundaries and preparing legal maps.
• Topographic Survey – Capturing natural & man-made features of land.
• Engineering Survey – Supporting construction layout and design works.
• Route Survey – Alignments for roads, railways, pipelines, transmission lines.
• Construction Survey / Setting Out – Marking positions for structures and utilities.
• Leveling Survey – Determining elevations for drainage, foundation, and grading.
• Hydrographic Survey – Measuring water bodies, riverbeds, and shorelines.
• Mining Survey – Mapping and measurement in quarry/mining sites.
• Geodetic Survey – Large-scale surveys using precise positioning systems.
• Boundary Survey – Resolving disputes and legal boundary confirmation.
• As-Built Survey – Recording completed works for documentation and handover.
• Aerial / Drone Survey – Using UAV technology for mapping and monitoring.
• Utility Survey – Locating underground services like water, gas, and electric lines.
• Operate and maintain modern surveying equipment (Total Station, GPS, Theodolite, Auto Level, Drone, etc.).
• Prepare detailed survey drawings, maps, and reports using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, and related software.
• Coordinate with Registry Office, Land Survey Office, and other relevant government departments for verification of deeds, mutation, and records.
• Keep accurate field records and ensure compliance with legal and safety requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers for project execution.
• Verify contractors’ work and quantities through measurement and inspection.
• Maintain accurate survey records, including field notes, maps, and drawings.
• Support engineers, architects, and project managers with measurement data and site plans.
• Inspect and verify contractor works as per design and approved measurements.
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and environmental requirements during surveying activities.
• Perform as-built surveys and prepare final submission drawings for project handover.
