Any Certificate in Survey/ Civil/ Electrical/ Marine/ Textile or other related field

Job Context:

Physical inspection and valuation of properties/assets offered as collateral to our enlisted banks, ensuring compliance with Bangladesh Bank guidelines.

Job Responsibilities

• Survey (Site Visits): Conduct physical inspections of land, buildings, and machinery; verify boundaries (Chouhoddy).

• Valuation: Calculate Market Value, Mouza Rate, and Forced Sale Value (FSV).

• Searching (Doc Check): Review land records (CS, SA, RS, BS) and ownership papers (Deed, Mutation, DCR).

• Reporting: Prepare detailed survey reports in bank-prescribed formats with site photos and maps.

• Vetting: Confirm property is free from government acquisition (e.g., RAJUK/CDA).

• Coordination: Communicate with bank officials and clients for field visits and report delivery.

* Base Salary Per Month:

> Below 15000 BDT per month for having no practical experience in related field (This is Training Period)

> Up to 20000 BDT per month for having minimum 5 years of practical experience as a Surveyor for any reputed Bank enlisted survey-valuation company. (Must have Experience Certificate)

> Above 20000 BDT per month for having minimum 10 years of practical experience as a Surveyor for any reputed Bank enlisted survey-valuation company. (Must have Experience Certificate)
