As a support caller, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to drivers, promoting our platform, and encouraging them to register for delivery services. You will work to achieve daily call targets by proactively onboarding a set number of drivers to ensure consistent network growth. In addition, you will convert registered drivers to verified status on the platform. Your role will also involve providing accurate information about our services and guiding drivers through the registration process. Throughout your calls, you will capture and process driver information, including personal details and delivery requirements, while maintaining detailed records of key points, feedback, and suggestions for future analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to drivers, promoting our platform and encouraging registration for delivery services.
  • Achieve daily call targets by proactively onboarding a defined number of drivers to ensure network growth.
  • Convert driver from registration to verified in the platform
  • Provide accurate information to drivers about our platform, services, and registration process; Capture and process driver information during calls, including personal details and delivery requirements.
  • Maintain meticulous call records, documenting key points, feedback, and suggestions for future reference and analysis.
