As a support caller, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to drivers, promoting our platform, and encouraging them to register for delivery services. You will work to achieve daily call targets by proactively onboarding a set number of drivers to ensure consistent network growth. In addition, you will convert registered drivers to verified status on the platform. Your role will also involve providing accurate information about our services and guiding drivers through the registration process. Throughout your calls, you will capture and process driver information, including personal details and delivery requirements, while maintaining detailed records of key points, feedback, and suggestions for future analysis.
