• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store, Super store

• Age At least 22 years
• Only Male

• At least 2 years of experience in IT support, preferably within an MIS environment.

Job Summary:

The Support Engineer will provide technical support for the MIS department, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and software. This role includes troubleshooting, system maintenance, user access management, and supporting ongoing projects.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Support: Address hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• System Maintenance: Perform regular updates, patches, and backups to maintain system integrity.
• User Management: Manage user accounts and access controls according to company policies.
• Documentation: Maintain documentation for system configurations and support procedures.
• Project Support: Assist the MIS team with system upgrades and new technology deployments.
• User Training: Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and applications.
