Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 20 to 30 years
  • In-depth understanding of ISP services and network security.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to translate technical services into customer-friendly solutions. 

  • Solid knowledge of both physical and logical ISP network infrastructures.

  • Hands-on experience with installation, configuration, and maintenance of MikroTik, Cisco, Firewalls etc.

  • Troubleshooting and diagnostics of networking issues.

  • Basic understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 network architecture.

  • Basic understanding of routing protocols, including MPLS, OSPF, BGP, and ISIS.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Handle network troubleshooting and outage resolution.

  • Manage switching services such as VLAN, Trunking, VTP, STP, RSTP.

  • Configure and manage routing protocols (Static, OSPF, BGP) across multiple networks.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service reliability.

  • Ensure maximum uptime of ISP services and maintain SLA compliance.

  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients.

  • Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution.

  • Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and in-person as needed.

  • Deliver on-site technical support when required.

  • Monitor and report on network performance metrics.

  • Be available for shift-based work, including weekends.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
