Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Computer Science & Engineering department from any reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor Data center equipment and IT infrastructure and report if found issue to the supervisor.
∎ Complain handling in highly professional manner.
∎ Create and update technical documentation.
∎ Maintain proper IT security.
∎ Troubleshooting of any kind of computer software and hardware issues.
∎ Troubleshooting and configuring office desktop, laptop, Scanner & replacing parts as required.
∎ Maintain effective network monitoring system.
∎ Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Cisco/Juniper switches, Routers.
∎ Installing, Commissioning, monitoring and troubleshooting of network equipment (Routers, Switches, OLT, Wifi, AP etc.) at DC, NOC, PoPs.
∎ NOC Support, Highest priority trouble ticket handling, fault recognition and reporting.
∎ Knowledge on various routing protocol: BGP, OSPF, MPLS and static.
∎ Any other task given by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience as a support in related field at least 02 years
∎ Clear concept of computer networking.
∎ Understanding of different technology of Network Infrastructure.
∎ Sound knowledge on LAN, WAN, Access Point, Wireless Networking.
∎ Knowledge and experience with IP, DHCP, DNS, NAT, OS, firewall.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Able to work as a team member.
∎ Willingness to work in night shift and rooster basis.
∎ Should have good communication skill.
∎ Work in multiple projects at the same time and maintain priority of tasks.
∎ Professional Certification: CCNA, MTCNA, RHCSA (preferable).
