Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support Engineer will be recruited for ATM/CRM/STM/CDM/UPS/CASH SORTER Support Team, Operation & Technology Dept.
∎ Installation and set-up of ATM/CRM/STM/CDM/UPS/CASH SORTER,Problem Identification, Diagnoses, Resolution.
∎ Provide field service for customers, handle and process customer complaints.
∎ Ensure faster resolution of client queries, technical analysis of clients' requirements & response to client on time regarding software enhancement fixes & disputes.
∎ Periodic (Preventive Maintenance) on ATM/CRM and Different Products.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 years commitment with company.
∎ Above 1 year Experience in ATM industry or similar banking equipment industry is preferred.
∎ Outgoing & proactive personality, strong teamwork spirit & good interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Electrical, Electronics, Computer & Mechanical troubleshooting skills.
∎ Willing to work extra time as and when required.
∎ Capable to journey all over Bangladesh.
∎ Hard working, possess dedication towards the responsibilities.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
Salary: Negotiable
