∎ Bachelor of Computer Science (B.Sc.), Diploma in Computer
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing, configuring and repairing computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and CCTV camera
∎ Maintaining computer systems, Antivirus and networks
∎ Maintaining CCTV/IP Camera, Bio-metric Finger, Attendances software & Access Control Device
∎ Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
∎ Providing technical support across the company
∎ Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
∎ Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology products and services
∎ Work on different branding solutions: brand and corporate identity, brand
∎ support Communication with 3rd party service providers
∎ Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Hardware Engineer, Network Engineer/ Network Administrator
∎ Be an acceptable and warm team member.
∎ Excellent know how on Information technology.
∎ Flexible to work extended hour & weekend as & when needed.
∎ Experience of logging and prioritizing faults and queries and generation of service reports.
∎ Training/Trade Course: CCNA,linux,mikrotik.
