∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ or, Diploma in IT related subject.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): IT Support Service, Software Company

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide support to the clients (Over Phone, remote connection).
∎ Keep good customer relationship.
∎ Conform to highest professional standards while dealing with customers. Listen to customer problems or concerns and safeguard customer interests by communicating properly with supervisor and team.
∎ Work as first point of contact for all support services.
∎ Write complex and faster SQL queries, Store Procedure, Function.
∎ Conduct testing (System, Integration, etc.) as per project needs.
∎ Perform complex data analysis.
∎ Work closely with customers on project implementation.
∎ Visit customer workstation when required.
∎ Maintain liaison with customers and supervisor in updating the status of customer requests.
∎ Work closely with the development team in providing resolution to problems/complaints and ensure smooth delivery of enhancements.
∎ Software Installation
∎ Data Conversion

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong ability to write complex and faster SQL query and TSQL
∎ Customer Management skills
∎ Effective Communication
∎ Ability to work well with people
∎ Ability to quickly establish good working relationships with clients
∎ Strong Analytical ability
∎ Problem Solving Skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Be Self-driven and able to work independently as well as in team
∎ Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases Management System (RDBMS), SQL Queries and TSQL (Stored Procedure, Function)
∎ Programming knowledge in VB.Net,C#.Net will be added advantages
∎ Should have Basic Accounting knowledge

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Remuneration and benefits package including competitive salary.
∎ Two bonuses per year (per bonuses will be equal one month's basic salary).
∎ Regular working hour: 8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
∎ 15 Days Annual Leave, 10 Days Casual Leave and 14 days Sick Leave per year.
