∎ Able to work on long shift
∎ Receive inbound/outbound call
∎ Candidates have to aware of the company's services/products details
∎ Standard Bengali & English-speaking ability with clear vocal
∎ Problem solver, curious to learn and result oriented
∎ Strong analytical approach to problem-solving
∎ Must able to work under pressure
∎ Coordination & better communication skill
∎ Candidate must be able to serve from home in any circumstances

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 29 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): SYSTEM, HARDWARE & NETWORK TROUBLESHOOTING
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ COMMUNICATION WITH CLIENT, Customer Care, Customer Service
∎ Academic qualifications may relax only for the experienced candidates on relevant field
∎ Previous experience in customer support, call center role is must

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
